Project Manager



The candidate should have:

  • Good communication skills
  • Team building skills
  • Have handled at least one full life cycle of project

    Should have worked as project manager, module leader as in Asp.net, c#, MS.net,VB.net, MS SQL Server, Microsoft technologies. Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for assimilating technical skills required for the project.
  • Ensure compliance with the development processes.
  • Prepare relevant documents for the project plan.
  • Communicate constantly with the Tech Head on issues/status regarding the project execution.
  • Track, monitor and report progress by scheduling tasks, setting deadlines, and reviewing deliverables.
  • Manage team leaders by constantly giving them job-feedback and by providing guidance for improvement.
  • Working closely with the Test Team and ensuring a defect free release of each feature.
  • Shall be responsible to interact with clients





Sr. Programmer/Team Leader



4-5 Years on Microsoft Technologies

The position would be responsible for:

  • Estimate tasks and define detailed schedule
  • Develop products and its elements, Evaluate Technologies
  • Build internal releases, coordinate with testers
  • Repair reported problems, bring documentation up to release standard
  • Fix bugs, start new cycle for next version, transition to maintenance.
  • Responsible to ensure timely completion of the given Task.
  • Lead and guide the Programmers and makes sure they are meeting their requirements with in time frame.
  • Prepare cost and time estimation
  • Motivating the team towards higher performance

The ideal candidate should have experience on multi platforms like ASP, .Net, PHP, VB.Net etc.
